Every year on new years eve or new years day, we make a list of things we would like to accomplish in the new year. We call these resolutions. By the second week of January, many people can not remember what was on their list, proving that this is not the time to make resolutions. Perhaps. A resolution without a plan is just a wish and the same with goals.
