The Coach-Consultant Concept

A small business consultant works with clients on strategy, planning, and problem-solving, and helps clients develop business skills and knowledge. These topics range from designing a business model or marketing plan to determining which marketing techniques to use and how to use them. You’ll often help clients learn how to develop and implement projects. A small business consultant gives advice, teaches skills, and brainstorms with the customer to produce practical results and enhance strategic thinking.

A small business coach helps clients to create success by focusing on personal development: time management, self-sabotaging behavior (like procrastination and distraction), finding clarity, decision making, and getting into action. When you put on your coaching hat, you don’t give advice. Instead, you help the client find the answers from within themselves.

What is coaching?

The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

What coaching does for you?

In coaching, we work with your self-directed agenda to achieve your maximum potential. I am here to provide support and clarity in a non-judgmental environment in order to strengthen your wisdom, your thought processes, and direct your actions toward the future. listen, offer support and motivate you to focus, empower you to seek opportunities and help you make decisions and move forward.

You can work with someone that can offer the benefit of both if you want to ignite your passion, overcome obstacles, redefine your path and maximize your potential.  I am here to help you tailor your plan and support you every step of the way.
